Head of the dispensing team is the lovely Rea. She ensures that everything runs smoothly and will help you choose the perfect pair of glasses.
She has optics in the blood – both of her parents are opticians. She studied Optometry at Cardiff University and is an expert in Zeiss lenses.
She prides herself on honesty. ”If a frame doesn’t suit you, I’ll tell you” she says. “Building and maintaining trust is critical”.
She’ll keep going to find the perfect fit, both in terms of comfort and aesthetics.

She’s passionate about cooking and has created a secret book of London’s best restaurants.

A fully qualified Dispensing Optician, Shivs cut her teeth in a busy opticians in the City before joining us.
She has a wealth of experience with Zeiss lenses and is a certified ambassador for Lindberg.
Out of work, Shivs spends time in chinook helicopters, having trained with the Air Training Corps for over seven years. To keep fit, she practices Bhangra which, having seen videos of it, seems like a cross between Bollywood and boot camp. Very impressive but knackering.
Born in Argentina, multilingual Eva has over twelve years experience with handmade and bespoke eyewear.
She joined us in 2020 and, with a little time off to produce her pride-of-joy, Fausto, we’re delighted that Eva is back in the team.
She now heads our handmade offering, allowing glasses to be customised to specific measurements to fit perfectly if an off-the-shelf design doesn’t work.
Eva is a qualified nutritionist and should take a lot of credit for why Adam looks great (haha!)

Worthy of a medal for being married to Adam for over twenty-five glorious years, Juliet juggles looking after a home and three children with helping out in the shop.
She has a wonderful eye for fashion and you can definitely trust her instinct when it comes to frame selection.
A former chartered accountant, Danielle has been our bookkeeper for the past eleven years.
